Teaching with Purpose: Reflection, Renewal, and Growth
We are delighted to invite you to the 11th FLEPS Workshop Festival! This year, we gather
under the theme: “Teaching with Purpose: Reflection, Renewal, and Growth” focusing on
reimagining teacher development for the future classrooms.
As the world of education undergoes a profound transformation driven by technological
innovation and evolving learner needs, the role of the teacher continues to expand beyond
traditional boundaries. This year's festival aims to bring together experienced and novice
teachers to engage in a collaborative exploration of how we can empower ourselves through
reflective and sustainable professional practices. We believe that the heart of quality
education lies in teachers who view their profession as a lifelong process of learning,
adaptation, and renewal.
Our goal is to explore how teaching can remain deeply personal and meaningful even as
digital tools and artificial intelligence reshape our pedagogical landscape. We welcome
workshops and presentations that align with these goals. To help guide your sessions, we
