''Together We Grow, Together We Heal!'
At times, isn't it astonishing to witness the extent to which things have become so sad, disorganized or chaotic? Do you sometimes find it difficult to cope with and adapt changes around you? You try hard but often you feel lost, don't you? Do you have any strategies you follow when you need to recover and get back to work again? Or do you find yourself working too much just to get over traumatic period? Are you struggling to have a healthy work-life balance?
Sometimes people wish for a 'magic wound' that can immediately bring about positive changes in their lives or the world around them.! However, real change often requires effort, perseverance, and taking proactive steps towards your goals. While it's natural to wish for quick fixes or extraordinary solutions, it's essential to recognize that sustainable change generally stems from consistent actions, personal growth, and addressing challenges directly.
During challenging and sensitive times, coming together as teachers is of utmost importance. By supporting and collaborating with one another, we can embark on a collective journey towards healing, recovery and rebuilding our lives. Engaging in professional development activities holds a healing power for teachers. The sense of belonging, community and support, fostering personal growth and resilience, sharing experiences and knowledge among peers instill a sense of empowerment and motivation, triggering the drive to make a positive impact first on our lives and also on our students' lives.
Keeping these in mind, the session will have 'stop and think' moments in order to find out what we individually need to recover, heal and recreate.
